何時可以開始吃活菌寶？
建議3個月大以後再吃，雖然此時小貓咪腸胃正在發育，補充益生菌先幫牠建構腸道好菌可提升保護力，但是3個月内腸道末發育完全，很容易軟便，在3個月以上的小貓也建議先一開始少量給予（半包或1/3包），再慢慢增加
活菌寶吃多了會軟便嗎？
若貓咪從乾乾便便變成比較溼軟，主因是豐富纖維使糞便水分增加，屬正常現象。若貓咪已經到拉稀程度，可能原因有二，貓咪平常沒有吃益生菌習慣、就如同以前沒什麼喝優酪乳的人一樣，是因為不耐受突然大量的菌株;另個可能是有些腸道較敏感的貓咪(例如幼貓、年長貓或抵抗力低下貓咪)，也較易受纖維和菌的影響而排軟便，只要先讓劑量減半，慢慢給予習慣之後，就會恢復正常了
怎麼藉由觀案排便知道貓咪腸胃健康？
若是希望大便臭味減少，約在開始吃活菌寶2-3天後就會有明顯感受喔！此外，飼主也可以觀察貓咪便便的顏色和形狀，通常會變的比較濕潤、體積增加，顏色多是咖啡黃的色調，代表貓咪有越來越健康的趨勢喔～貓咪食慾變好，且大便正常又漂亮，其實都算是象徵貓咪身體很健康喔！
