找到狗狗產生淚痕的原因,我們就能對症下藥
1、飲食問題- 如果你家狗狗吃的東西口味很重的話，那你要注意了，趕快換清淡點的，含鹽成分低的食物。狗狗不可以吃有調味料的食品和太油膩的食物，這樣會導致狗狗有淚痕，必須適當的挑選狗狗的食物，選一些比較溫和的食物，另外，平時要多給狗狗喝水，有效的降火便能減少淚痕的發生。
2、身體發生病變-
耳道感染、鼻淚管堵塞、眼瞼內翻或淚腺炎皆可能是淚腺分泌異常的兇手，當耳道或鼻淚管遭受到感染，而出現發炎腫脹的情況，造成整個管道完全堵塞或是不完全堵塞的情形，都會造成狗狗淚腺分泌無法正常排出，進而形成難看的淚痕。
眼瞼內翻也就是所謂的睫毛倒插的情況，這種情形會讓狗狗眼睛感到非常不舒服，導致頻頻用前肢搔抓眼部，也因此常會看見它們呈現眼淚汪汪的樣子，同樣也會造成非常嚴重的淚痕。
4.遺傳毛病
原發性淚水過多症，是一種遺傳性的疾病，淚液常常會分泌過盛，也因此容易造成淚漬的情形。
5.美容問題- 這個最容易發現了，如果你發現狗狗眼睛周圍的毛總是往眼睛里扎，眼睛周圍雜毛刺激到眼睛，導致落下淚痕，那就是美容沒有做好，要盡可能的把狗狗周圍的雜毛給修理掉唷!
6.特殊品種狗
這種現象通常出現在短鼻的犬種，例如巴哥、西施、日本狆犬。因為這樣外型的狗狗，會讓鼻淚管曲度變得很大，所以排出淚水的量有限，即使是正常的分泌淚水量也無法負荷，就會造成難看淚痕甚至黑眼框。
下面來說說身體發生病變所產生淚痕的解決辦法~
1.針對耳道感染：可以請醫生診斷是何種原因造成耳道感染，再選擇正確的治療方式，切莫自行亂買耳藥治療，因而導致耳病出現抗藥性，更難治療耳朵的病情。當耳道疾病治療完成之後，淚水也不再分泌旺盛，此時應該多少就會發現淚痕自動消失。
2.針對鼻淚管堵塞：一般來說，獸醫會建議採用抗生素來進行治療，再加上實行通暢鼻淚管的小手術，應該對此疾病會有所改善；此項治療方法和次數會依照症狀程度的不同，或許需要數回合疏通鼻淚管，才能達到解決鼻淚管堵塞的問題。
3.針對眼瞼內翻：治療眼瞼內翻通常會實行手術解決這項問題，也就大家俗稱的“割雙眼皮”，加上電燒睫毛毛囊部分，便能有效解決。
4. 針對淚腺炎：常見的方式是採用藥物控制，治療期得是情況嚴重程度，可能從五天至四周不等。
5.針對遺傳毛病：暫時沒有特效的辦法，我們只能多多給狗狗護理。方法是用2%硼酸棉球（也可用涼開水）由眼內角向外輕輕擦拭，不能在眼睛上來回擦拭，一個棉球不夠，可再換一個，直到將眼睛擦洗乾淨為止。擦洗完後，再給狗狗眼內滴入眼藥水或眼藥膏，以消除炎症。
