Purchase Amount

Enjoy free delivery on purchases over HKD$300.
A delivery surcharge of HKD$60 will be charged if the order amount does not reach HKD$300.

Arrangement and Scope of Cargo Delivery

We have a transportation team that delivers to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands. We can deliver your shipment in the fastest possible time.

Delivery Time

✓ Daytime Hours 12PM - 6PM
✓ Evening Sessions 6PM - 10PM

Our transportation team has morning and evening time slots for delivery, which is flexible and customers can choose their preferred delivery time at checkout.

Hong Kong Local Courier

In addition to free delivery service, customers can also choose S.F. Express, where recipients can choose to pick up at S.F. stations, S.F. business locations, S.F. partner locations or S.F. self-service kiosks, and each transaction is limited to a weight of 3 kg or less. If the weight exceeds 3 kilograms, the delivery charge will be paid on delivery.

In addition, please note that all S.F. Express orders cannot be arranged for cash-on-delivery service. If the delivery address is located in a remote area and the S.F. courier delivers the goods to the door of the remote area, the remote surcharge stipulated by the S.F. Express website will be paid at the time of receiving the goods.

If you want to use S.F. Station Pickup or Smart Cabinet Pickup service, you can enter the delivery address into the S.F. Station or Smart Cabinet address when placing an order.

上／下樓梯搬運附加服務說明

若在送貨過程中出現以下情況，並需由送貨員步行搬運上／下樓梯，將會額外收取搬運服務費：

1. 送貨地址 無設升降機 或 升降機無法正常運作；
2. 送貨員需經樓梯完成整個派件流程（包括地庫單位）；

服務費用：每票限重 20 公斤，樓梯搬運費用為港幣 $20 / 每層。

例子說明::
如一張訂單共有 2 至 3 件貨品，而每件貨物均接近 20 公斤，送貨員未能一次過搬運全部上樓，將需分兩轉或三轉完成搬運。此情況下，會按實際上樓次數分別收取搬運費用（即每轉搬運計算一次樓層費用）。

Adverse Weather Delivery Arrangement

When the Hong Kong Observatory announces the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above in the next two hours, the delivery service of www.petmarket.com.hk will be stopped and the order will be delayed for one working day according to the scheduled delivery time, we will try our best to deliver the order if it has already been shipped.

澳門訂單最低消費為 HKD$300，由三益運輸負責寄出貨品。顧客於取件時需自行支付運費The

三益運輸以「按箱收費」方式計算運費：

  • 每箱最多可裝 25kg 貨品

  • 寄送至澳門市區的運費約為 MOP$50 – $100
